At least 21 people have been injured in Israeli strikes on eastern and southern Lebanon. In eastern Lebanon, seven people were injured after the Israeli warplanes targeted the village of Brital in Baalbek, and the village of Temnine in the Baalbek-Hermel Governorate, according to Lebanon's Ministry of National Health. The strikes also caused damage to three hospitals, the ministry added. Meanwhile, the number of injured in the Israeli airstrike on the town of Barja in the Chouf District of the Mount Lebanon Governorate rose to 18. The Ministry announced earlier that the Israeli attack on Barja killed four people and injured 14. The Israeli warplanes also attacked Aytat in the Tyre District, southern Lebanon, injuring two people. In addition, the Israeli air raids on Nabatieh, a major city in southern Lebanon, have left at least eight people injured. Lebanon's Ministry of National Health announced that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on Lebanon since Oct. 2023 has surged to 2,255, in addition to 10,524 wounded.
