A specialized committee from the European Union held a political dialogue seminar to discuss and introduce the Iraqi constitution at the Diwan of Najaf Governorate. The media office of the Najaf Governor stated that the seminar "was held under the title (The Prime Minister and his ministerial cabinet, composition, selection and powers in a parliamentary system suffering from political divisions)." The dialogue seminar witnessed the attendance of representatives of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, advisors to the Iraqi Council of Representatives, European ambassadors and advisors, in addition to various societal and academic groups in Najaf.
