Al arabi: Al Arabi secured their first win of the Qatar Stars League season with a 2-0 victory over Al Sailiya at Khalifa International Stadium. Youssef Snana opened the scoring in first-half stoppage time, before Issa Laye doubled Al Arabi's lead with a header in the 77th minute.

According to Qatar News Agency, the result lifted Al Arabi to five points and third place temporarily, while Al Sailiya suffered their third consecutive defeat and remain bottom without a point. Al Arabi controlled much of the match, while Al Sailiya improved after the break but were unable to find a way back into the game.
