During the meeting, according to the statement, the general conditions in the country and developments in the political, security and economic scene were discussed, and the need to maintain coordination of joint work in order to consolidate security and stability and meet the needs of citizens was emphasized. Al-Mandalawi expressed the keenness of the House of Representatives to follow up on draft laws submitted by the executive authority for the purpose of discussing and approving them, stressing his support for enhancing cooperation between the House of Repres entatives and the Presidency of the Republic. For his part, the President of the Republic stressed the importance of enhancing the existing cooperation between the Presidency of the Republic and the House of Representatives in the field of legislation, while focusing on the priority of submitting projects that serve citizens and meet their aspirations.
