Beijing: Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and his US counterpart Marco Rubio discussed the situation in the Middle East during a phone call on Thursday. According to Qatar News Agency, the ministers also discussed bilateral relations between Beijing and Washington. Wang stated that China-US relations had been moving along a path of strategic stability for some time. He emphasized that both sides should prepare for the next round of high-level exchanges in a spirit of equality, mutual respect, and mutual benefit.
