Doha: HE Deputy Chairperson of the National Human Rights Committee (NHRC) Dr. Mohammed bin Saif Al Kuwari met on Sunday with a visiting Ukrainian delegation headed by HE Ukrainian Parliamentary Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets.
