Mubarak Saeed secured gold in the men's 1500-meter race, while the men's 4x400-meter relay team claimed the second gold of the final session. Silver medals were earned by Zakaria Ibrahim in the 1500-meter race, Moaaz Ibrahim in the discus throw, Alaa Abdelmonem in the women's high jump, and the women's 4x400-meter relay team.
