Riyadh: The High Committee assigned to oversee the implementation of decisions from the 19th Consultative Meeting of the GCC Supreme Council convened on Sunday at the General Secretariat headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The session saw the presence of Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).

According to Qatar News Agency, Albudaiwi was updated on the recent advancements in the Committee's initiatives, emphasizing coordination with relevant authorities across GCC member states. The focus was on monitoring the implementation of decisions and evaluating the progress made to date.

The Committee reviewed the actions taken to date and explored strategies to accelerate the full implementation of the set decisions. This is aimed at achieving the outlined objectives and aspirations effectively.

Albudaiwi emphasized the necessity of ongoing coordination and follow-up with stakeholders in member states. The goal is to transform the decisions and directives of Their Majesties and Highnesses, the Leaders of the GCC states, into tangible outcomes that further the path of joint Gulf action and meet the aspirations of GCC citizens.
