Hebron:The Israeli occupation army has continued its military offensive in Hebron, located in the West Bank, for the ninth consecutive day. On Saturday, additional military reinforcements were deployed by the Israeli forces.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Israeli military has positioned itself on the outskirts and at the entrances to Hebron. The forces have increased their firepower and sent more troops into the area of Deir Bahha, which has been under siege since Friday, October 23.

The offensive has significantly impacted local families, with over 780 families affected. Of these, 537 families have been completely evicted, and nearly 5,000 Palestinians are suffering due to the siege and forced displacement. This includes being forced out of their homes or confined within them, particularly in the locked-down areas of Al Jilda and Deir Bahha.

Since the beginning of the offensive, more than 115 Palestinians have been arrested by Israeli soldiers, including a girl. The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) reports that hundreds more have been detained and subjected to dehumanization.

The ongoing military actions have also disrupted education, affecting nearly 262 students and 589 schools across Hebron over the past week. Thousands of students in conflict zones have been unable to attend their schools.
