Gaza city: A Palestinian woman succumbed to her injuries on Saturday following an Israeli shelling incident at the Al-Maghazi refugee camp located in the central Gaza Strip, as reported by medical sources. The shelling has intensified tensions in the region, which has been a hotspot for ongoing conflict.

According to Qatar News Agency, the incident also left nine Palestinians injured, including a female child, after an Israeli airstrike targeted the area near Al-Sanafour Junction in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, northeast of Gaza City. The airstrike adds to the already volatile situation in the region, further complicating efforts towards peace.

In addition to the airstrike, an Israeli drone was seen flying over the eastern areas of the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City. The drone reportedly dropped two bombs, although no injuries were reported from this specific incident. Meanwhile, Israeli artillery continued shelling the eastern parts of Gaza City, contributing to the ongoing instability in the region.
