Kuwait: Kuwait's stock market closed lower on Thursday, as the All Share Index lost 28.88 points to reach 8,913.16 points, a decrease of 0.32 percent.

According to Qatar News Agency, a total of 488 million shares valued at KWD 146.14 million (approximately USD 448.2 million) were traded across 30,334 transactions. The Main Market Index experienced a rise of 13.23 points, reaching 9,530.9 points, an increase of 0.14 percent. This was achieved through 285.7 million shares executed in 18,376 transactions with a value of KWD 56.7 million (roughly USD 174 million).

The Premier Market Index saw a decline, losing 39.35 points to settle at 9,244.45 points, a drop of 0.42 percent. This occurred through 202.3 million shares transacted in 11,958 transactions valued at KWD 89.4 million (around USD 274.4 million).

Meanwhile, the Bourse Main 50 Index recorded a gain of 45.48 points, reaching 11,519.26 points, an increase of 0.40 percent. This was achieved through a stock volume of 218 million shares completed in 12,197 deals, amounting to a value of KWD 38.8 million (approximately USD 119.1 million).
