Kuwait city: The price of Kuwait's crude oil rose by USD 1.50 to USD 101.04 per barrel in trading on Thursday, up from USD 99.54 per barrel the previous day.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation reported the increase in the price of crude oil. This rise in Kuwait's crude oil price contrasts with movements in global markets.

In global markets, Brent crude futures fell by USD 2.72 to settle at USD 90.38 per barrel. Meanwhile, US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures declined by USD 2.32, closing at USD 87.71 per barrel.
