Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index 30 closed on Wednesday at 4,938.93 points, marking an increase of 21.1 points or 0.43 percent compared to the previous close of 4,917.68 points.

According to Qatar News Agency, the trading value for the day was recorded at OMR 24,198,687, reflecting a decrease of 29 percent from the last session’s value of OMR 34,094,403. The market value experienced a rise of 0.194 percent, reaching approximately OMR 29.58 billion, as reported in a release by MSX.
