Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index 30 closed on Thursday at 5,956.33 points, up by 11.5 points or 0.19 percent, compared to the previous close which stood at 5,944.80 points.

According to Qatar News Agency, the trading value today stood at OMR 40,264,404, comprising a fall by 37.1 percent, compared to the last session, which stood at OMR 29,362,140. The market value went up by 0.215 percent to reach about OMR 32.22 billion, according to a report released by MSX.
