The Muslim World League (MWL) has welcomed the Parliament of the Republic of Slovenias ratification of the governments decision to recognize the State of Palestine. Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al Issa, MWL's Secretary-General , said in a statement that this decision and other similar decisions clearly express the qualitative shift that we are witnessing today in international awareness regarding the injustices of the Palestinian people and their inherent right to self-determination and establishing their state. He praised in this context the responsible and noble position of all countries that have taken this important and just step, calling on the rest of the countries to follow suit, standing with the human and legal rights of the dear Palestinian people.
