Muscat: Omani Foreign Minister Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi held a phone call Monday with French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot, discussing bilateral relations and ways to strengthen cooperation.

According to Qatar News Agency, they also addressed regional and international developments of mutual interest. Both ministers expressed hope that U.S.-Iran understandings would enhance security and stability and support dialogue, diplomacy, and confidence-building.
