Muscat: Omani Minister of Foreign Affairs, Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi and his German counterpart, Johann Wadephul discussed a host of regional issues of mutual concern over the phone on Saturday. The conversation focused on key areas that hold significance for both nations in the context of regional stability.

According to Qatar News Agency, the two sides also exchanged views on ways to restore freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz and the Red Sea. This dialogue is part of broader efforts to support initiatives aimed at reducing tensions and escalation, thereby consolidating regional security and stability.
