Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani engaged in a telephone conversation with HE Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif. The discussion focused on enhancing bilateral relations and addressing regional developments.

According to Qatar News Agency, the dialogue included talks on Pakistan's mediation efforts aimed at reducing regional tensions, contributing to security and stability. HE the Prime Minister expressed Qatar's satisfaction with the progress in negotiations, acknowledging Pakistan's announcement of reaching a final text for a peace agreement. He expressed hope for the agreement to be signed by the American and Iranian sides soon.
