Doha: The State of Qatar took part in the 27th meeting of the Committee of Senior Housing Officials of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states, which was conducted via video conference. Representing Qatar was Fahad Mohammed Al Khayarin, the Assistant Undersecretary for Social Development Affairs at the Ministry of Social Development and Family.

According to Qatar News Agency, the committee addressed various strategic and organizational topics listed on the agenda. The focus was on enhancing collaborative efforts among GCC states in the housing sector. The meeting aimed to foster cooperation and coordination in housing-related fields, thereby contributing to initiatives intended to improve the quality of life for GCC citizens and meet their aspirations.
