Doha: Qatar National Bank (QNB) has announced the deposit rates for various currencies including USD, JPY, CHF, GBP, QAR, SAR, AED, and BHD. These rates were released on Wednesday and indicate the interest rates applicable for different deposit tenures ranging from one month to twelve months.

According to Qatar News Agency, for USD deposits, the rates are set at 4.17535% for one month, 4.11565% for two months, 4.05595% for three months, 3.86492% for six months, and 3.59297% for twelve months. In the case of JPY, the rates are 0.40000% for one month and two months, 0.34000% for three months, 0.45000% for six months, and 0.55000% for twelve months.

For CHF deposits, the rates are noted as -0.01000% for one month, -0.07000% for two months, -0.12000% for three months, -0.10000% for six months, and 0.02000% for twelve months. GBP deposit rates are outlined at 4.03000% for one and two months, 4.02000% for three months, 4.09000% for six months, and 4.15000% for twelve months.

In terms of local and regional currencies, QAR deposit rates are 4.85000% for one month, 4.80000% for two months, 4.75000% for three months, 4.50000% for six months, and 4.40000% for twelve months. SAR rates are 4.90000% for one month, 5.00000% for two months, 5.10000% for three and six months, and 5.05000% for twelve months.

AED deposits have rates set at 2.05000% for one month, 2.15000% for two months, 2.40000% for three months, 2.85000% for six months, and 3.15000% for twelve months. Lastly, BHD deposit rates are recorded at 5.00000% for one to six months, and 4.50000% for twelve months.
