Doha: Qatar National Bank (QNB) has announced the latest currency exchange rates against the US Dollar. The rates, effective as of Monday, provide the buying and selling values for a range of currencies frequently traded in the region.
According to Qatar News Agency, the QNB exchange rate for the Qatari Riyal (QAR) stands at 3.64000 for buying and 3.64150 for selling. The Saudi Riyal (SAR) is available at a buying rate of 3.75000 and a selling rate of 3.75100. For those dealing with the United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED), the buying rate is 3.67210, while the selling rate is 3.67310.
Further details include the Bahraini Dinar (BHD), which is listed with a buying rate of 0.37697 and a selling rate of 0.37703. The Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) is available at 0.30499 for buying and 0.30559 for selling. The British Pound (GBP) features a buying rate of 1.36240 and a selling rate of 1.36320.
For the Euro (EUR), the buying rate is set at 1.17710, with the selling rate at 1.17720. The Swiss Franc (CHF) is listed at a buying rate of 0.79440 and a selling rate of 0.79490. The Japanese Yen (JPY) is available at 144.81000 for buying and 144.82000 for selling.
In addition to currency rates, the bank also provided rates for precious metals. Gold is priced at 3310.20000 for buying and 3310.65000 for selling. Meanwhile, Silver is listed with a buying rate of 36.77000 and a selling rate of 36.82000.
