Manama, The Qatari volleyball team defeated its Indonesian counterpart 3-0 in the match that was held Tuesday, within the third group competitions of the Asian Volleyball Challenge Cup, currently being held in Bahrain until June 10. The Qatari team won (25-17, 25-15, and 25-17) to come second in their group with four points and ensuring qualification to the quarter-finals in the tournament. The Qatari national team squad participating in the tournament includes 14 players, led by Argentine coach Camilo Soto. They are set to meet on Thursday in the quarter-finals, leading the first group that includes the Bahrain, Philippines and China teams, whose matches will conclude this evening.
