Al-Arab concluded its editorial by noting that the Education Excellence Award is one of the most prominent indicators of Qatar's commitment to education, adding that the State is keen to invest in Qatari individuals to build a society equipped with knowledge, possessing the qualifications necessary to lead the future and preserve the achievements attained in various fields. In a separate local matter, the Peninsula newspaper said that QatarEnergy has been at the forefront in supporting the sustainable goals and energy security of various countries around the world for decades, noting that QatarEnergy has signed a 15-year LNG Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) to supply up to three million tonnes per annum (MTPA) of LNG to Kuwait. According to the agreement, the LNG deliveries will begin in January 2025 and will be transported to Kuwaits Al Zour LNG Terminal using QatarEnergys fleet of conventional, Q-Flex, and Q-Max vessels, the newspaper said, adding that this second long-term agreement with KPC is a significant step in boosting the brotherly relationship and bilateral trade between the countries. It explained that QatarEnergy has established strategic partnerships with many major international oil and gas companies and these deals extend to various countries, enhancing QatarEnergys global footprint in energy markets.
