HE Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the United Nations (UN) Sheikha Alya Ahmed bin Saif Al-Thani met with HE Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations, Executive Director of the United Nations Office for Project Services Jorge Moreira da Silva at the Permanent Mission's headquarters in New York. The meeting discussed the special partnership between the State of Qatar and the United Nations Office for Project Services in the field of developing humanitarian and developmental projects.
