Doha: Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) general index closed Thursday’s trading higher by 81.82 points, or 0.73 percent, to close at 11,307.85 points. During the session, 300,223,711 shares, valued at QR 1,098,302,288.467, were traded in 24,042 transactions across all sectors.

According to Qatar News Agency, the session saw share prices rise in 20 companies, decline in 28, while four others maintained their previous closing. Market capitalization at the end of the trading session amounted to QR 676,610,288,659.970, compared to QR 671,953,535,832.370 in the previous session.
