Doha: The QSE general index closed Tuesday’s trading lower by 24.07 points, or 0.21 percent, to settle at 11,491.59 points.

According to Qatar News Agency, a total of 151,617,466 shares were traded during the session, amassing a value of QAR 399,907,642.788 through 20,104 transactions across all sectors. The trading session witnessed share price increases for 16 companies, while 32 saw declines, and five companies’ share prices remained unchanged.

The market capitalization at the conclusion of the trading session amounted to QAR 683,511,350,723.913. This marked a decrease compared to the previous session’s market capitalization of QAR 684,507,412,213.190.
