Doha: Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index gained 0.66% at the start of trading Sunday, adding 63.95 points to its balance compared to the close of the last session, rising to a level of 9746 points, supported by all sectors.

According to Qatar News Agency, QSE figures showed positive performance for the telecommunications sector at 1.45%, the banking and financial services sector at 0.94%, the transportation sector at 0.78%, the insurance sector at 0.62%, the industrial sector at 0.24%, the real estate sector at 0.20%, and the consumer goods and services sector at 0.03%.

At 10:00 AM, QSE recorded 3444 transactions worth QR 46.157 million, distributed across 23.700 million shares.
