Real Estate Trading Reaches Over QAR 330 Million in August Week

Doha: The volume of real estate trading in sale contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice from August 9-13 reached QAR 304,243,032. Additionally, the total sales contracts for residential units in the Real Estate Bulletin for the same period amounted to QAR 26,296,017.

According to Qatar News Agency, the weekly bulletin issued by the Department highlights that the list of real estate properties traded for sale included vacant land, residences, residential buildings, commercial shops, and residential units.

Sales activities were primarily concentrated in the municipalities of Al Rayyan, Doha, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, Al Daayen, Al Khor, Al Thakhira, and Al Shihaniya. Specific areas of notable trading activity included Lusail 69, The Pearl, Al Kharaej, Ghar Thuaileb, and Umm Al Amad.

The bulletin also reflects on the previous week's real estate transactions, where the volume of sales contracts registered between August 2-6 was QAR 353,406,706.
