Riyadh: The Saudi Council of Ministers has asserted the Kingdom's legitimate right to defend itself and safeguard its sovereignty, citizens, and vital interests in accordance with the UN Charter and international law.
According to Qatar News Agency, the cabinet meeting, chaired on Tuesday by HRH Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, strongly condemned persistent, deliberate Houthi attacks targeting civilians and civilian infrastructure. The council emphasized that Saudi Arabia's security and territorial integrity remain non-negotiable principles.
Reaffirming its commitment to regional stability, the cabinet highlighted the Kingdom's dedication to resolving international issues through dialogue and fostering multilateral cooperation to address global challenges.
