Damascus, Temperatures remain around average or above average as the country is affected by an extension of Indian seasonal superficial pressure accompanied with low air current in the upper layers of the atmosphere. Meteorology department expected in its Monday bulletin that the weather will be clear and partly cloudy in general with an opportunity of rain showers over coastal areas while it will be misty in the eastern regions, al-Jazeera and al-Badia (semi-desert). The wind will be westerly to southwesterly with low to a moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in amplitude. The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 33/18, Al- Qunaitra 28/17, Homs 30/21, Hama 33/23, Hasaka 39/25, and Tartous 33/27. Source: Syrian Arab News Agency
