Manama: Bahraini Foreign Ministry strongly condemned the Houthi missile and drone attacks on Khamis Mushait, Abha, and Taif, which injured civilians and damaged residential properties, calling them a flagrant violation of international law and UN resolutions.

According to Qatar News Agency, Bahrain reaffirmed its full solidarity with Saudi Arabia, backing all measures taken by the kingdom under Article 51 of the UN Charter to protect its sovereignty and security. The statement emphasized Bahrain's support for Saudi Arabia's right to defend itself against such acts of aggression.

The Bahraini Foreign Ministry further urged the UN Security Council to take a decisive stance, enforce Resolution 2216, and hold perpetrators accountable to ensure regional stability. The call for action from the UN Security Council highlights the urgency of addressing the ongoing conflict and its impact on regional peace and security.
