Doha: The Department of Meteorology has issued a warning for poor horizontal visibility in certain areas due to weather conditions inshore and offshore. The weather inshore is expected to be misty to foggy in some locations initially, transitioning to hot daytime conditions with humidity and haze.

According to Qatar News Agency, the offshore weather is predicted to start off misty in some areas and become humid with haze as the day progresses. Inshore winds will start as variable and later shift to Northwesterly-Northeasterly at 05-15 KT, with gusts reaching up to 20 KT in some places during the daytime. Offshore winds will mainly be Northerly-Northeasterly at 03-12 KT.

The sea state inshore is anticipated to be between 1 and 2 feet, while offshore conditions are expected to range from 1 to 3 feet. Visibility inshore is projected to be between 3 and 8 kilometers, dropping to 2 kilometers or less in certain areas initially. Offshore visibility will range from 4 to 9 kilometers, decreasing to 3 kilometers or less in some locations at first.
