The Israeli warplanes renewed shelling operations of some villages located in south Lebanon following a cautious calm by noon on Tuesday, according to Lebanese National News Agency.
The Lebanese News Agency indicated that the security situation has been tense at the Lebanese-Palestinian borders, where the Israeli artillery fired shells into the vicinities of southern Lebanese towns of Marwahin and Al-Dhahira.
The shelling targeted the outskirts of Al Aziziyah, Al Haniyah, Umm Al-Tut, Al Bustan, and Al-Zalutiyah towns, as the bombardment echoes could be heard in southern Soor city without reports of human casualties.
The aforementioned towns are witnessing mass displacement to more secure areas.
