The security forces affiliated with the Maysan Operations Command arrested 12 suspects and seized unlicensed weapons and ammunition during security operations carried out in various areas of Al-Majar Al-Kabir District, south of the governorate. The Command said in a statement that the Iraqi National News Agency / NINA / received a copy of it: "A security force from the Second Commando Regiment was able to arrest 12 suspects in various criminal cases and seized unlicensed weapons and ammunition, indicating that the suspects and the seized items were handed over to the requesting party in accordance with the law."
