Doha: The State of Qatar and the European Union have discussed ways to strengthen cooperation in the energy sector during high-level virtual talks held on Wednesday. HE Minister of State for Energy Affairs Saad bin Sherida Al Kaabi met HE Dan Jorgensen, the European Union's Commissioner for Energy and Housing, in a meeting conducted via video conference.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions focused on bilateral relations and existing cooperation between Qatar and the EU in the energy sector, as well as opportunities to further develop ties. This meeting underscores the ongoing commitment of both parties to enhance their partnership and explore new avenues for collaboration in energy matters.
