According to Qatar News Agency, the editorial from Al Sharq emphasized that the new law and decisions issued by His Highness the Amir represent a strategic shift for the country. These measures are seen as a testament to His Highness’s visionary leadership, aiming to establish creativity, innovation, scientific research, and technology as foundational elements of Qatar’s developmental journey.
