Doha: Pakistani security forces announced today that five militants were killed during security operations in the Southwest of the country.

According to Qatar News Agency, the forces said that the operations were carried out based on intelligence information in the Panjgur district of Balochistan province in the Southwest of the country. The operation resulted in the killing of five militants and the confiscation of a quantity of weapons and ammunition that were in their possession.
