Secretary-General of the Asa'ib Ahl al-Haq Movement, Sheikh Qais Khazali, received in his office in Baghdad today, Sunday, the head and members of the Board of Trustees of the Iraqi Media Network headed by Thaer al-Ghanmi. A statement by Al- Khazali's office stated that at the beginning of the meeting, the head and members of the visiting delegation reviewed the work of the network and its prominent role in achieving its national goals, by maintaining media professionalism and presenting everything that is useful to Iraqi society objectively, in a way that serves the Iraqi people with all its different spectra. For his part, Al-Khazali stressed the importance of the media role, which he considered sacred work, to preserve the Iraqi cultural identity, national heritage and Iraqi history from all artistic, cultural, social and political aspects, and the importance of combating all types of corruption in media institutions. In conclusion, the delegation expressed thanks and gratitude for Al-Khazaali's role in supporting the media and the young national force, which has become an essential part of building Iraqi society.
