Russian authorities announced Tuesday that a woman was killed and a number of people were injured after a Ukrainian drone crashed into a residential building in Moscow's suburbs Monday night. Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin said on Telegram that a drone attack in the city of Ramenskoye, southeast of Moscow, damaged apartment buildings, with fires raging on the 11th and 12th floors of one of the buildings, killing a woman and injuring 3 people. Mayor Sobyanin said that Russian air defense forces shot down a total of 14 drones across the Moscow Regions districts of Podolsk, Ramenskoye, Lyubertsy, Domodedovo, and Kolomna overnight. At least 59 drones were intercepted or shot down overnight over the Bryansk Region, southwest of Moscow, while seven drones were destroyed in the neighboring Kaluga Oblast without causing any casualties or damage.
