Dozens of Palestinians were killed and over 100 others injured Saturday morning in a series of massive airstrikes by Israeli occupation forces on the Al-Mawasi region, west of Khan Younis in southern Gaza. Palestinian news agency (WAFA) quoted local sources as saying that Israeli warplanes launched multiple airstrikes targeting the Al-Mawasi area, resulting in the killing of at least 30 civilians and the injury of over 100 more. The casualties were subsequently transported to hospitals, with many more feared trapped beneath the rubble. Initial reports indicate a new Israeli massacre in the Al-Mawasi area, which is home to hundreds of thousands of displaced families. The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in 38,345 documented Palestinian fatalities, with an additional 88,295 others injured. Thousands more are feared trapped under the rubble and in streets, inaccessible to rescue and ambulance crews. Source: Qatar News Agency
