Real Estate Trading in Qatar Surpasses QAR 377 Million in One Week

Doha: The volume of real estate trading in sale contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice from August 2-6 reached QAR 353,406,706. Meanwhile, the total sales contracts for residential units in the Real Estate Bulletin for the same period amounted to QAR 23,813,514, bringing the total trading value for the week to QAR 377.22 million.

According to Qatar News Agency, the weekly bulletin issued by the Department highlights that the list of real estate properties traded for sale included vacant land, residences, commercial shops, a hotel, and residential units. Sales were primarily concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Khor, Al Thakhira, and Al Shamal, along with areas such as Al Kharaej, Lusail 69, The Pearl, and Legtaifiya.

The report also noted that the volume of real estate transactions in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department between July 26-30 exceeded QAR 400 million, indicating a robust real estate market in recent weeks.
